CAP Sign of Continued Growth in Bristol

After a year of uncertainty, Bristol’s business community is in a strong position in 2021 and the Collaborative Anesthesia Partners’ (CAP) move to offices on Pleasant Street is just one more sign the business climate is healthy.

CAP, founded in 2017, provides full-service anesthesia management and interventional pain management services throughout New England. In 2020, CAP was recognized by Business NH Magazine as one of its “Five to Watch” showcasing exemplary growth from 2017-2019.

CAP relocated its headquarters to Bristol in the spring of 2021 to create more office space to meet the demand of their growing company. The centralized location and proximity to the facilities they service was key in their decision process, but it was the convenience of nearby amenities that made Bristol a top choice for the company. CAP enjoys access to a local print shop, delicious restaurants for team lunches, and the town library with a beautiful conference room to hold quarterly meetings.

Live-Work-Play Lifestyle

CAP looked at a number of spaces and communities before realizing the space on Pleasant Street checked all of the boxes. Most of CAP’s staff live in the Newfound Lake area, so the move gives many CAP team members the opportunity to work closer to home.

“I am now able to walk to work and work in the town that I love, it’s truly a dream come true!” said Bailey Caristi, Director of Administrative Operations.

CAP hopes that by moving their business to the area it will encourage others to do the same, creating a positive impact to the local economy and bringing job opportunities as well. Bristol’s high quality of life, ample outdoor activities, thriving local restaurant scene, and addition of growing businesses like CAP provide the perfect opportunity for people looking for the live-work-play lifestyle.

Part of a Close-Knit Business Community

In a statement released at the opening of the Bristol offices, CAP Founder and CEO Daniel Rice, DNP CRNA said he is looking forward to the opportunity to bring business to Bristol. “We are thrilled to be a part of the wonderful community in Bristol. The Town’s Economic Development Committee has worked hard to create the environment for businesses to succeed here. We’ll work hard to make the community proud,” said Rice.

CAP is invested in giving back and being a strong community partner. New Hampshire has the third highest substance abuse rate in the nation. To help combat this epidemic, Collaborative Anesthesia Partners strives to reduce the use of opioids for treatment of pain and underlying conditions. All CAP services, including interventional pain management, are centered around opiate-free and opioid-sparing techniques to reduce introduction of opioids to patients.

Bristol is also working to bolster the business community, especially after a difficult 2020. The town’s Economic Development Committee works proactively to support existing businesses in town and seeks ways to encourage the development and expansion of the business community.
